If you are selling your house, then you need to include a floor plan. A floor plan is a visual representation of your home’s layout.
Floor plans tell the viewer where the bedrooms are found, which is something photos cannot. Are the bedrooms together? Are they next to a noisy garage? Where is the closest bathroom?
Buyers want to be able to visualise the layout of the room, i.e. does the layout of the house fit their lifestyle.
Knowing the size of the room will give them an idea of whether their current furniture will fit. Floor plans also show buyers the flow of the house. For example, is getting to the kitchen like navigating a maze? How does the house work!
