We first photographed this Hayborough property in August 2020 when it was listed on the real estate market with Harcourts South Coast. Although the property was a well-loved beachside abode, it was a renovator’s dream as it sits just metres from the beach. Fortunately, it was purchased by new owners who had decided to convert the property into the ultimate holiday rental.

In November 2021, we received a call from the current owners when they had finished renovating and were ready for photos. We couldn’t believe that this was the same house we had photographed one-year earlier! The owners had ripped out the old kitchen, put in new flooring, rebuilt the front porch, added more decking and converted the backyard shed into a fantastic teenage retreat.
A beautiful transformation, this home will do well on the holiday rental market.
