A beautiful beach house that was built in 2020 with jaw-dropping ocean views, I had scheduled the photoshoot of this house for late afternoon as I wanted to take advantage of the late sun on the ocean. The front of the house was shrouded in dark shadows as the sun was at the back, so I decided I would come back in the morning to photograph the front.

Photographing the interior was an absolute dream! The walls, flooring and decor were mostly white and with large windows, there was ample lighting inside the house. In fact, the house itself was almost like a photography soft box, so each room didn’t take many more than a couple of photos to get it right.
